How am I different from other real estate agents?

Experience

I have been providing excellent customer service in my real estate practice for over 25+ years. I have been licensed and practiced real estate in Ohio and Maryland as well as Kentucky.

Expertise

My expertise ranges from marketing and selling luxury homes to first time home buyers, to building dream homes, to downsizing empty nesters and relocation services. I have a broad range of experience in each of these areas, and enjoy working with clients at all stages. I am also a specialist in staging homes in preparation for putting them on the market.

I have achieved recognition in the Top Producers Club of the Lexington Bluegrass Association of Realtors with a lifetime status in 1996. I also hold designations in Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource Certification (SFR)." I became a licensed Broker in 1992 and opened The Chapman Group LLC in 2009. At that time I also started the Bluegrass Realtors Independent Brokers Network (IBN).
